Brokers licensed prior to Nov. 2, 2019 need to complete 12 hours of CE and 1 hour of Sexual Harassment Prevention training (may be included as a course package or taken as a separate course)

Brokers licensed Nov. 2, 2019 to Oct. 31, 2021 need to complete 45-hours of Broker Post-License coursework consisting of three 15-hour courses, each ending with a 50-question exam (coursework must include the required Sexual Harassment Prevention training)
The 45-hour online packages include three 15-hour courses, each having a 50-question final exam. The three courses include:
Online Package Option A (D2L 45-hour CE package)
Online Package Option B (Leap Learning 45-hour CE package)

After completing education requirements, submit your license renewal application and $150 State of Illinois licensing fee to IDFPR’s license renewal portal.
